Orders & Payments

How do I place an order? Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the steps to complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. You must be signed in to complete a purchase.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit and debit cards processed through our secure payment partner. All transactions are encrypted. We do not store your full card details.

Can I cancel or change my order? Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they haven't been dispatched yet. Write to us immediately at support@metaoriental.com with your order number. We cannot modify items in an existing order — if you need a different variant, cancel and reorder.

I didn't receive a confirmation email. Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, log in to your account and check your order history. Still missing? Write to us with the email address you used at checkout.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? We currently ship to most countries in East Asia, Southeast Asia, North America, and Western Europe. Availability is shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

How long does shipping take? Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by product and destination. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Some products ship directly from the brand — those timelines are noted on the product page.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it on the carrier's website. You can also find tracking details in your account under Order History.

My order hasn't arrived. If your order is past the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@metaoriental.com with your order number. We'll investigate and follow up with the carrier.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Some products — including opened earphones, personal health monitors, and custom-configured devices — are not eligible for return once opened for hygiene and safety reasons. This is noted on the product page.

How do I start a return? Email support@metaoriental.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return instructions. Do not ship anything back before hearing from us — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time at your bank may add a few days beyond that.

The item I received is faulty or wrong. We're sorry. Email us at support@metaoriental.com with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Accounts & Group Buys

Do I need an account to browse? No. You can browse the full catalogue without an account. An account is required to purchase, save items to your wishlist, or participate in group buys.

How do group buys work? A group buy is a collective pre-order. When enough participants join at the listed price, the order is confirmed and fulfilled. You are charged when the group buy threshold is met. If the threshold isn't reached within the campaign window, you are not charged.

I forgot my password. Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen. If you signed up via Google, you'll need to continue using Google to sign in — there is no separate password for Google-linked accounts.
