Purpose

MetaO Smartlife respects brands, manufacturers, creators, intellectual property owners, authorized distributors, and rights holders. This policy explains how brand owners, rights holders, manufacturers, distributors, or authorized representatives may request correction, attribution, authorization discussion, licensing discussion, disablement, or removal of content.

Reasons to Contact MetaO

Contact MetaO if a product page contains inaccurate information; an image, video, logo, or description should be updated; additional attribution is needed; the page should link to a different official purchase page; the product page should be removed; a brand does not wish to be displayed; a trademark, copyright, publicity, privacy, distribution, reseller, safety, recall, compliance, warranty, or labeling concern exists.

How to Submit a Request

Send the request to legal@metaoriental.com with subject line "Brand / IP Request - [Brand Name / Product Name]". Include full name, company, role/title, relationship to the brand or rights holder, product page URL or content location, specific content at issue, requested action, evidence of ownership or authorization, and preferred contact information.

Available Actions

Depending on the request, MetaO may correct product information; update specifications; replace images or videos; add attribution; add official purchase links; add brand-approved descriptions; add safety or compliance notices; disable purchase/inquiry/waitlist buttons; remove a product page; temporarily disable content while reviewing; or open authorization/listing/distribution/cooperation discussions.

Review Process

MetaO will make reasonable efforts to review requests promptly. Urgent legal, safety, or rights concerns should be marked "URGENT" in the subject line. MetaO may request additional information and may decline incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, excessive, or unsupported requests. MetaO's decision to update, disable, or remove content is not an admission of liability, infringement, wrongdoing, or lack of rights.

Good-Faith Public Information Use

MetaO may display, reference, embed, link, summarize, translate, localize, or reorganize publicly available product information in good faith for informational, editorial, discovery, comparison, market validation, or traffic distribution purposes. MetaO does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, logos, copyrighted materials, product names, brand names, images, videos, or product information. All rights remain with their respective owners.

Product Authorization and Cooperation

Brand owners or authorized representatives who want to authorize, correct, enhance, monetize, or commercialize a product page may contact bd@metaoriental.com or legal@metaoriental.com. Commercial cooperation may cover content authorization, traffic tracking, affiliate links, official purchase links, direct checkout, warehouse integration, fulfillment, creator distribution, or broader commercial cooperation under separate written agreements.
