Required Information for a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notice
If content you provided was removed or disabled due to a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@metaoriental.com. The counter-notice should include your signature; identification of removed or disabled material and prior location; statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal was due to mistake or misidentification; name, address, phone, email; and consent to jurisdiction and service of process as required by law.
Repeat Infringer Policy
MetaO may terminate or restrict accounts, links, submissions, creator access, or partner access of users or partners who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly subject to valid infringement notices.
