Information to Include

Your name and contact information; product name and brand; order number if applicable; product page URL; description of the issue; photos or videos if available; date of purchase or use; whether injury or property damage occurred; and whether you have contacted the brand or manufacturer.


MetaO Response

MetaO may forward your complaint to the brand, manufacturer, seller, warehouse, logistics provider, or other relevant party. MetaO may suspend a product page, disable sales, post a notice, contact affected users, preserve evidence, or take other reasonable action where appropriate.


No Liability Admission

Submitting a safety complaint does not guarantee a refund, replacement, warranty approval, admission of liability, product defect determination, or a finding that MetaO is responsible for the issue.
